Crystal was amazing throughout the entire process of looking for a house. Anytime I had a question, she was always readily available to answer!

It took approximately 5 months to get me approved for a loan cause there was so many issues with me. Not once did Crystal give up on me. My father who was my co signer was being a serious jerk, didn't want to turn in all the paperwork that was needed. Crystal was alway patient, kind and had nothing bad to say. Was always a pleasure to talk to. I'm sure there were a lot of times she wanted to give up and that she cursed my dad and I both, but not once did she show any negativity. I would definitely work with her again and when I do move into my new home, I will for sure call her to go have a stiff, well deserved drink that was needed after working on my loan. Very easy process with a closing happening ahead of schedule.

Our mortgage process was under a fairly quick time schedule. Our loan officer, Amy Skaff, absolutely knocked it out of the park. We moved from Metro Atlanta to Louisiana and needed a rapid close after closing in Atlanta. Amy helped us navigate every issue and detail. She made herself available to us for any question, fear, or concern any time we wanted. I cannot express enough the level of care, professionalism, and attentiveness to the process Amy provided to us. There was one issue we had for our move that put us in a little bit of a bind, and Amy came through in a personal way she absolutely did not have to do. In terms of customer service, it was more than that. She was there for everything, even things outside of her role as a loan officer. Through her efforts we were able to close early on the home we wanted within a day of closing in Atlanta and the home we bought here was contingent on the sale of the Atlanta home. We were literally in contact as funds were wired and closing documents sent while driving to Louisiana. We could not have asked for better service or experience, moreover, we couldn't have asked for a better person. Through it all, Amy was amazing, not just as a loan officer, but as a person. I would recommend ONLY her for anyone looking to secure a home loan. She's absolutely the best.
